This course will focus on wildlife management tools; safety and operations; technology updates; wildlife control and mitigation innovations; wildlife identification; current federal regulatory guidance; and Wildlife Site Visits, Wildlife Hazard Assessments and Management Plans. Attendees will be provided with the latest information needed to assist their airports in effective implementation of their Wildlife Hazard Management Programs. This course will provide the opportunity to learn from airport and wildlife professionals on how wildlife hazard management strategies are developed and how effective techniques can be implemented for the best results.

IMPORTANT: AAAE reserves the right to cancel this program if the number of registrants is insufficient. In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Confirmation letters will be emailed to attendees within two weeks of receipt of registration. If you have not received a confirmation letter via email two business days prior to the meeting, and you enrolled at least two weeks prior to the meeting, please contact the AAAE Training Department at [email protected]. Non-receipt of the confirmation letter before the meeting is not justification for seeking a refund. Registration confirmations must be received in order to verify participation in this course since space is limited.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Training registration fees are non-refundable. For all inquiries regarding registrations, cancellations and refund requests, please contact the AAAE Training Department by email at [email protected]. All inquires must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests for registrations received on or before Tuesday, June 24, 2025, are subject to a $150 cancellation processing fee; approved refunds will be processed after the event takes place. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date. Cancellations with outstanding invoices received within two weeks of the start of the event, will require full payment on the balance due. Refunds will not be provided, and balance dues will not be forgiven for no-shows. Substitutions within the same conference will be accepted without penalties. The difference between member and non-member price will be charged if a non-member replaces a member. Substitutions will be accepted with a written request to [email protected]. The individual substituting for the original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations (balance due; difference in fees due to membership type) associated with that substitution. By submitting a completed registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy.
