Description
The AI Imperative: What Airport Executives Need to Know Now The greatest barrier to AI in aviation isn't the technology. It's leadership. Kick off the conference with an exclusive, high-impact workshop designed specifically for airport leaders, board members, and senior aviation executives. While the industry fixates on the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence, the true differentiator for future-ready airports isn't the technology itself, it is the leadership, governance, and culture behind it. This interactive session will focus on how airports can successfully prepare for AI adoption through strong leadership, workforce transformation, governance, and strategic planning — beyond the technology itself. Through expert insights and collaborative discussions, participants will explore practical approaches to building AI-ready airport organizations and preparing teams for the future of aviation. Topics Include: •Why AI initiatives succeed or fail •Building an AI-ready airport culture including workforce reskilling and leadership strategies •Holistic incorporation of AI throughout the organization’s strategies, operations and management processes •Governance, regulatory issues, and implementation planning •Practical AI roadmap strategies for airports The workshop will conclude with key insights and recommendations shared in a post-session executive summary paper.  Participants will receive an Executive Workshop Certificate.
