Amy Calliari is the Vice President of Professional Development for the American Association of Airport Executives. She left the health and fitness industry in 2010 to join the AAAE Membership and Accreditation Department. In 2017 Amy transitioned out of the Membership Department to focus on AAAE’s esteemed Accreditation and Certification programs, where she enjoys helping candidates achieve their professional development goals and bringing enhancements to AAAE’s diverse educational offerings. Since coming to AAAE, Amy has earned the Top 50 Learning & Development award from OnConferences as well as staff awards for outstanding external and internal customer service and excellence in innovation. Amy currently serves the Association as the staff liaison for the Board of Examiners who oversees the flagship accreditation program and previously served as the liaison to the Academic Relations Committee, where she helped create the Student Career Fair, now held annually. She has also participated in many internal committees including the Recruitment Committee, Staff Engagement Committee, and Staff Recognition Committee. Amy is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and obtained a Marketing degree from Miami University.
