Cathy Haggerty serves as Vice President of Training and Content Development for the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), where she has supported the aviation industry for more than a decade. She brings over 30 years of experience leading professional development initiatives and advancing workforce capability. Her expertise spans instructor-led training, distance learning, and interactive computer-based instruction. Throughout her career, she has directed the design, customization, and national implementation of large-scale training programs for organizations with workforces exceeding 130,000 employees. Cathy earned the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential from the Association for Talent Development in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
