Jeremy Valcich, C.M., ACE, IACE, serves as the Director of Innovation Programs for the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). In this role, he oversees the Airport Consortium on Transformation (ACT) program, which brings together airports and corporate partners to tackle key aviation challenges through innovation and collaboration. Jeremy leads collaborative initiatives to implement industry-wide solutions and organizes engagement events to foster a culture of innovation among members. Additionally, he works closely with AAAE’s Regulatory Affairs Team, keeping airport executives informed on regulatory actions and policy developments from Washington, D.C. Jeremy also supports a thriving community of airport professionals through various AAAE committees. Before joining AAAE, he was an Airport Operations Officer at Southwest Florida International Airport (KRSW) in Fort Myers, where he chaired the AAAE Young Professionals Committee, enhancing professional development and networking for emerging airport professionals. He began his aviation career as an Operations intern at Jackson Hole Airport in Wyoming and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Kent State University (2016). A native of New Hampshire’s seacoast, Jeremy brings a strong foundation in airport operations and industry engagement to his work.
