Jeremy Valcich, C.M., ACE, is the Director of Innovation Programs at the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), where he leads the Airport Consortium on Transformation (ACT). Through ACT, Jeremy brings together airports and industry partners to collaboratively solve aviation’s biggest challenges, drive innovation, and deliver practical solutions for the industry. He also organizes engagement events that help cultivate a forward-thinking, results-oriented community across the aviation ecosystem. Jeremy is deeply committed to supporting the airport profession and contributes to several AAAE committees. Before joining AAAE, he served as an Airport Operations Officer at Southwest Florida International Airport (KRSW), where he also chaired the AAAE Young Professionals Committee, expanding development and networking opportunities for early-career airport professionals. He launched his aviation career as an operations intern at Jackson Hole Airport in Wyoming and earned his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Kent State University. Originally from New Hampshire’s seacoast, Jeremy brings a strong operations background and a passion for industry collaboration to his work at AAAE.
